Solo: A Star Wars Story

Solo was my first experience working within the Star Wars franchise. I worked on it for approximately 6 months, mainly responsible for designing and modeling a Star Destroyer under construction, and the surrounding area that ends the speeder chase sequence. I used several classic Star Wars elements to help sell the larger shapes, and small details to give us the grand sense of scale. I worked closely with the anim and layout teams as placement of the large elements was important to give us some 'close call' moments.

I also modeled and assembled the massive carbonoid walls during the Kessel Run sequence. Using several modular pieces, I assembled these walls to give us more 'close call' moments as Han Solo's trying to navigate through this maze of debris.

It was an honour to work with such a great team on this film. The collaborative efforts of everyone really shined through.
